Digital Service Delivery Policy

Form & Frame provides digital creative services only. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Project commencement

Work begins once we have received:

• Full payment
• A completed creative brief
• All required product images, branding and supporting assets

If information or assets are missing, the project will remain on hold and the delivery timescale will not begin.

Delivery timescale

Our typical delivery time is 5–7 working days after receiving everything required to begin the project, unless a different timescale has been agreed in writing.

Delivery times are estimates. More complex projects, additional requests or delays in receiving client feedback may extend the timescale. If this happens, we will provide an updated estimate.

Digital delivery

Completed images, videos and other creative files will be delivered electronically using email, a download link or another agreed digital method.

Please ensure the email address supplied with your order is correct and that you can access any download links provided.

Revisions

Any revisions included with your package will be completed after we receive clear and consolidated feedback. The time required for revisions is additional to the initial delivery estimate.

Client delays

Form & Frame is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets, incomplete information, unsuitable source material, delayed feedback or changes to the original brief.
